Questions About Artwork?
When artwork is submitted to Minerva Promotions for reproduction with an order, Minerva Promotions trusts that the purchaser is submitting the artwork in full compliance with state and/or federal laws governing the use of copyrights, trademarks, signature marks, etc. The purchaser agrees to hold Minerva Promotions blameless for any damages, lawsuits or any other unlawful acts resulting from the reproduction or use of said artwork.
Acceptance Of Artwork
- Clear black and white camera-ready art should accompany your order.
A fee of $25 per hour will be applied to any art that needs to be redrawn
or touched-up. Approval will be requested prior to production.
- To qualify as camera-ready artwork, the following criteria must be met:
- Sharp, Black and White art produced on glossy photographic paper. All graphics and typesetting included
- Artwork generated in one of the following software applications:
- Illustrator 10.0 (or earlier) saved as EPS
- Freehand 10.0 (or earlier) exported as EPS
- Corel Draw 12.0 (or earlier) exported as EPS
- Photoshop 7.0 (or earlier) saved as EPS
We can accept art on the following types of media: 3.5" diskette, CD ROM, Zip Disk. Please mark mailing envelope "Magnetic Media Enclosed" to avoid any damage in the mail. Files may also be emailed.
Each file should contain:
- Converted type to a path or outline
- Color version
- Black and White version
- Hard copy of the art in color
Unacceptable Artwork
The following formats are not considered camera-ready art: fax transmissions,
photocopies, GIF files downloaded from an Internet website, bluebook cuts,
metallic labels, decals, patches or business cards.
